Summer Office Hours: 8:00 AM- 1:00 PM

 

Hour Service Opportunities: 

  1. Donations Needed- Click on the link to purchase and donate to the school office through amazon. (St. Ignatius of Loyola Wish List- Amazon Link)
  2. We are looking for any dads that would be able to help move the original school seal from the garden to the front of the school near the office. 

 

Used Uniform Sales 

During our summer school hours, we will be selling used uniforms from 8:00 Am- 12:00 PM. Sale will end August 2, 2024. 

 

School Updates for 2024- 2025 School Year: 

Hiring Search Update: 

I would like to formally announce that we have hired Ms. Damaris O’Connell, who will be serving as our 1st-4th grade ELA and Social Studies teacher. She is coming with 3 years of experience in the classroom and has obtained a Master’s Degree. Ms. O’Connell is an alumni from St. Ignatius of Loyola and is excited to serve her community and give back to the school that has empowered and shaped her. 

We also have hired Mr. Damian Reyes, who will serve as our PE instructor and Athletic Director. He is coming with 20 years of experience in coaching and teaching within Catholic School Education. He also currently serves as the varsity volleyball coach at San Gabriel Mission High School, varsity basketball and varsity men’s volleyball coach at Don Bosco Tech Institute. He is very excited to bring his passion for sports and fitness to our school to help our Falcon’s be empower our students in their health and fitness. 

 

Food Service Program 

Our school has partnered up with the Archdiocese of Los Angeles and National Food Service Program for this coming school year. Before every new month, we will send out a google form for parents to complete for ordering school meals, so we can place the proper count for each day. At the beginning of the year, families will be asked to complete an application that will indicate if you qualify for free, reduced, or full price meals within this program. 

 

School Year Calendar 

Please find the school year calendar for your viewing attached in a posting in Class Dojo. We will also post the calendar in the office, gradelink, and class dojo at the beginning of every month. Please keep in mind, some events and dates might have changes and will be communicated through the year in advance for planning purposes. 

 

Tuition Agreements- FACTS

Thank you to the parents who have come in to sign their agreements. Please make sure you make an appointment if you have not already to review and sign your tuition agreements for this coming school year. 

Those families who have signed their agreements, check your email for the invitation to finalize your FACTS parent portal. 

Our school will not be accepting Zelle as we saw a high percentage in fees taken out. We do accept cash and check payments in the office. You can also pay with debit and credit card through your parent portal (FACTS) or directly calling FACTS.
